We would like to express our appreciation of the works carried out by Temp Plant at our property in Kelbrook.

The job consisted of major excavation and rebuild of banking to the rear of the property and adjacent to Kelbrook Beck.

Various construction works were scoped, and with the width and weight restrictions that were also in place, the consideration to the logistical requirements to facilitate the works, whilst creating minimal impact to neighbouring houses meant that inconvenience was kept to a minimum, and we were able to maintain good relationships with our future neighbours whilst also complying with the demands of the Environment Agency.

Various secondary tasks were involved, each with its own level of complexity, but right from the outset , it was clear that we found the right contractor. Your response to our initial inquiry was most helpful, and your inspection of the site at short notice was much appreciated.

You immediately grasped our requirements, and gave helpful advice and guidance, coupled with suggestions for the improvement of our ideas.

The work itself was both started and finished on time, and there were no hidden extras, all of which was gratifying.

The members of your team were polite, cheerful and cooperative. In addition, we were impressed by the care taken to ensure the safety of your men and any sub-contractors. When all works were completed you made every effort to ensure that the access routes were also restored to good order.

We are very grateful for all that you did for us. We shall have no hesitation in consulting you in the future, shall the need arise.

Needless to say, we have, and will continue to recommend your firm most heartily to anyone who is considering works of construction and maintenance.
